The OneLogix Group is made up of the following businesses; Vehicle Delivery Services, Commercial Vehicle Delivery Services, RFB Logistics, PostNet, Media Express, Press Support / Magscene and 4Logix / Gijima. The group’s blue-chip client base spans the media, motor, bulk commodities and SMME markets.

OneLogix is listed on Altx. The group is chaired by Sipho M. Pityana, former director general of Labour and Foreign Affairs and more recently managing director of Nedbank Strategic Business Development.

OneLogix’s BEE initiative realises its philosophy of rewarding staff excellence and loyalty, while at the same time facilitating its partnership with strong allies to achieve growth. A staff trust comprising black employees holds a 5% stake in the group’s wholly-owned management company OneLogix (Pty) Limited, while Sipho M. Pityana’s broad-based BEE consortium Izingwe Holdings (Pty) Limited holds 20%.
